cozmo gallery
Cathrine Olsson has been running a gallery business since 2020 in the form of a combination of office and gallery. From its inception in 2004, cozmo was an advertising agency that worked mainly with communication and marketing for a broad customer group. The first exhibition was organized in August 2020. Within the framework of that business, I have also arranged artist talks, workshops and lectures with film screenings. So far, cozmo has arranged 28 exhibitions. From August 2023, cozmo will be located at Gunilla Svensson's architect office on Karl XII Street in Lund.
The purpose of cozmo's gallery operations is to offer art experiences, to show that art can lead to meetings, conversations, development and new knowledge. To create a meeting place with art as a starting point. And, not least, to be able to offer an arena for artists to exhibit.
Galleri cozmo has shown, and wants to continue to show, contemporary art in a variety of materials, expressions and techniques. Therefore, the selection has ranged from classic oil painting, to installations, textiles, ceramics, performance and sculpture. Breaking down the boundaries between what is considered “fine art” and crafts is also an ambition.

Studio Bantorget
Studio Bantorget opened as a gallery in the fall of 2023 and has so far arranged six exhibitions with several artist talks and various other public events. The venue has an exclusive exposure towards Bantorget and shop windows attract the eyes of thousands of people who pass by every day.
The studio has also opened its doors to debates within sustainability, circular economy, art and research.
The space is the daily base for a multidisciplinary group of entrepreneurs in architecture, design and urban planning. These people, who are passionate about culture and urban life, provide stable support for the gallery activities and other cultural initiatives.

Kliger Gallery
Asaf Kliger is a photographer and gallerist based in Lund, with a degree in fine arts with a focus on photography. Since opening Kliger Gallery in 2020, he has curated around 50 exhibitions in Lund and arranged five open calls to give both established and new artists a platform to show their work. The gallery also functions as an art collective with 13 local artists, creating a strong community and collaboration that connects different expressions and audience groups.
For over ten years, Asaf has also been the official photographer for ICEHOTEL in Jukkasjärvi. Through this work, he has built close contacts with artists from northern Sweden, including Sami artists, and in 2022 he opened a sister gallery at ICEHOTEL. His work has been shown internationally at major art fairs such as AIPAD in New York, Art Toronto and Affordable Art Fair, and is part of a permanent exhibition at Arlanda Airport.
Asaf's vision with Kliger Gallery is to open the door to art for people who otherwise rarely encounter it, by having the gallery on one of Lund's main streets and creating a welcoming cultural center in the city.
